REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Past and Future is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. The following is our refunds and replacements policy.

Refunds For damages

In case you receive a damaged pair of sunglasses or eyeglasses, we request you to send us pictures of the same. Our team will check the cause of the damage. If we consider that the damage is transport related or due to a defective piece, we will reimburse the amount of purchase , less Rs.500 to cover shipping, packaging and other costs. Please note that you need to inform us about the damaged goods within 2 days of receiving it for us to entertain the refund request.

Refunds and Replacements for Other Reasons:

We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, except damages.
